Use of the Website

You may browse the site for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content — including images, written material, and educational resources — without written permission.

Bookings & Payments

Appointments and program enrolments are confirmed only after payment or deposit is received. Pricing is shown in Australian Dollars and may change without notice prior to booking.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session at full charge. No-shows forfeit any deposit paid.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance can be rescheduled at no charge. Inside 48 hours, deposits are non-refundable.

Education program fees are refundable within 7 days of purchase, provided no course material has been accessed. After that point, all sales are final.

Education Programs

Course materials are licensed for personal use by the enrolled student only. Sharing logins, recordings, or written content with anyone outside of Laelia Brows is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate revocation of access.

Intellectual Property

All branding, photography, written content, and methodology on this site — including the Healed Results Method — are the property of Laelia Brows and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

Liability

Cosmetic services involve a degree of personal risk. You agree to disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or medications during consultation. Laelia Brows is not liable for reactions resulting from undisclosed health information.
